Go to market strategy: SMS, IVR, Direct Mail and live calls. Test metric: Readmission and follow-up rate. Impact: $300K savings in 4 months and 4.2% lift in test group by decreased readmission.
  • Rx-adherence: User: cost savings for members within 6 chronic conditions. Pain points: Forgetting and cannot travel. CTA: pre and post fill reminders with mail delivery. Channel: SMS, IVR. Test metric: 90-day PDC, pharmacy fill rate. Impact: 8% lift in test pharmacy fill and statistically significant higher PDC using Optimizely.
  • Covid: Reach members with high risk of COVID or risk of missing Cardiovascular, Diabetes appointment. Test metric: Covid Case Rate, HEDIS compliance. Channel: SMS, IVR. Impact: 2% reduction in cases and 3% lift in Statin Adherence.

  • OHDSI App ver1: Headed Clinical Informatics for business case of converting health records (~8 million patients) at Mount Sinai into OHDSI Common Data Model. Worked with Dev-ops on building a Docker multi-user platform with RShiny for easy visualization of patient encounter timelines.
